Movement first.
You don't earn strength by grinding through bad reps. You earn it by moving well and adding load. Coaching is the difference.
Seventeen years in the room
CrossFit Blaze opened in 2009. Same owner. Same room. Same phone number. The people who trained here in year one still train here in year fifteen. That's the story.
Every community has one gym that outlasts the trends. For seventeen years, this has been ours.
CrossFit Blaze opens in a modest warehouse in Naples, Florida. The first class has four people. One of them is still a member.
The gym adds a dedicated 1:1 coaching program. It becomes the path for beginners, post-rehab clients, and executives who can't do group class schedules.
Blaze moves into its current facility at 6563 Taylor Rd. Bigger floor, more equipment, more room to breathe — but the coaching philosophy stays identical.
Through the pandemic, through hurricanes, through every reason a local gym might close — Blaze stayed open. Members delivered equipment to each other's driveways. The room re-opened. Nothing broke.
Over 5,000 athletes trained. Seventeen years in the same zip code. Still the only gym in Naples coached by its owner — every single class, every single day.
You don't earn strength by grinding through bad reps. You earn it by moving well and adding load. Coaching is the difference.
The beginner, the retiree, and the competitor all deserve a workout that challenges them. Same stimulus, different dose.
Training three days a week for ten years beats training five days a week for three months. We plan for the long run.
Advanced trainer certification. Methodology, movement, and coaching craft — tested and maintained.
USA Weightlifting Sports Performance certification. For athletes who need Olympic-lift precision.
One of the first CrossFit affiliates in Naples. Continuous good standing since 2009.
