Want to try Crossfit Blaze? We offer close to 50 CrossFit classes per week! Come on in and try ANY of our classes for the first week for FREE!!
CrossFit Group classes:
Mon thru Fri
6am, 7am, 9am, 11:30am,
3:30pm (MWF only),
4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm,
7:30pm (MWF only)
Sat - 10am & 12pm.
Blaze Fit Kids Program:
Junior Varsity (Ages 11-14): Tues, Thurs 5:30pm
Blaze Fitness Fusion: (BFF)
Mon & Wed - 5:30pm
Blaze Fitness Fusion is a ladies only class which offers a variety of movements from diverse fitness backgrounds. Cardio, strength, balance, agility and FUN all come together with small group training, yoga, and even a little bit of spontaneous dance!
A sign up for our BFF classes includes some FREE yoga classes!

Co-Ed High Intensity Bootcamp Mon & Wed @ 6:30pm
Our Bootcamp program includes FREE CrossFit on Fridays and some FREE yoga classes.

FREE for members/$30 punchcard valid for 3 classes for non members.
Olympic Lifting

Punchcards:
$150 for 10 classes (to be used within two months)
Discounts are offered for Military, CCPS employees, Police, Fire, EMS and students.
